Before production starts
If you cancel in writing (by email or WhatsApp) after paying but before production starts, we refund the full amount within 14 days to the card used for payment.
After production starts
Since the film is made especially for you, once production has started with your approval, the right of withdrawal cannot be used under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Even so, if you are not happy with the draft, we revise the film together within the revision rounds in the quote.
Situations caused by us
If we cannot deliver the film within the time and scope stated in the quote, or the delivered file does not open for technical reasons, we fix the problem; if we cannot, we refund the amount you paid.
How are refunds made?
Refunds go to the card used for payment. The time for the amount to appear in your account depends on your bank.
