2. Which personal data do we process?

We use photos only for cartoon character design and film scenes; we do not process them for facial recognition or identity verification. We do not ask for special categories of personal data such as health, religion or ethnic origin. If you share such information as a natural part of the story, we use it only as far as the film requires and with your explicit consent.
3. For what purpose and on what legal ground?
- Preparing a quote and communicating with you: being directly related to the formation of a contract (KVKK art. 5/2-c).
- Producing and delivering the film: performance of the contract (art. 5/2-c).
- Invoice and accounting records: fulfilling our legal obligation (art. 5/2-ç).
- Protecting our rights in possible disputes: establishing, exercising or protecting a right (art. 5/2-e).
- Maintaining service quality: our legitimate interest, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (art. 5/2-f).
- Processing your photos, sound and video recordings and information about a child, and transferring them to software hosted abroad: your explicit consent (art. 5/1, art. 9).
- Visit and advertising measurement on the site, if you give cookie consent: your explicit consent (art. 5/1, art. 9).
We collect data through the quote form on the site, later correspondence, WhatsApp and email messages and the secure upload links we send you.
4. Data about children
- We take information about a child only from their parent or legal representative, with written consent. We do not communicate directly with the child.
- The child's photo is used only to design a cartoon character who looks like them; their real photo does not appear in the film.
- The child's film is not published anywhere or shown as a sample without the parent's permission.
- Photos are deleted 30 days after delivery.
5. To whom do we transfer your data?
We do not sell your data, and we do not share the information you give in the quote form or for the film with anyone for advertising. Visit and advertising measurement on the site runs only if you give cookie consent (see section 7). Otherwise it may be transferred to the following recipients, only as far as the work requires:
- In Türkiye: those who provide us with accounting and financial advisory services (invoice details); competent public authorities where legally required.
- Abroad: cloud storage, communication (e.g. email, WhatsApp) and AI-assisted voice-over and production software with servers abroad. This transfer is based on your explicit consent under KVKK art. 9; only the data needed to produce the film is transferred.
6. How long do we keep it?
- Photos, documents, sound and video recordings sent for the film: deleted 30 days after delivery.
- The delivered film: deleted 30 days after delivery unless otherwise agreed with you. We recommend keeping a copy of your files.
- Quote correspondence (if no service is purchased): deleted within 6 months of the last message. Quote form records are automatically deleted from the server after 180 days.
- Contract, invoice and accounting records: kept for the periods set out in the Turkish Commercial Code and tax legislation.
Data past its period is deleted or anonymised. We limit access to authorised persons and exchange files over encrypted connections.
7. This site
On this site, fonts and images load from our own server. If you consent, Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) runs for visit measurement and Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) for advertising measurement: they place cookies in your browser, and the pages you visit, the fact that you sent the quote form, the address you came from, device and browser information and your IP address are passed to these companies and their services, whose servers may be abroad. This processing and transfer is based on your explicit consent (KVKK art. 5/1, art. 9). If you do not consent, these tools do not load; on payment pages they do not load even if you consent, and what you write in the quote form is not sent to them. Details and how to change your preferences are in the cookie policy. What you write in the quote form is sent only when you press "Send"; it is stored encrypted on our hosting server in Türkiye, can be opened only on an authorised person's device and is automatically deleted after 180 days. A photo you send for the free character sketch is used only for the sketch, and we delete it if you do not continue. If you entered an email address in the form, we send a single email confirming your request has arrived; this email is delivered through Resend (USA), and your address is transferred to it for this purpose. To prevent abuse, an irreversible hash of your IP address is kept for one hour. The site's traffic passes through the Cloudflare network for security and encrypted connections (https); Cloudflare Web Analytics also measures page views and loading speed without placing cookies and does not depend on consent. If you write to us by WhatsApp or email, those channels' own privacy terms also apply.
8. Your rights and how to apply
Under KVKK art. 11, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- ask for it to be corrected if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- ask for it to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions in KVKK art. 7,
- ask for correction, deletion and destruction to be notified to third parties to whom it was transferred,
- object to a result against you that arises from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
You can send your application by email to [email protected] with information verifying your identity. We conclude your application free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If you find our reply insufficient, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
You can withdraw your explicit consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out up to that date; however, if consent-based data is required, production stops and the data is deleted.
9. Explicit consent statement
This statement is taken in writing when the quote is approved for personal films (story and family documentary).
I have read Pixel Senaryo's privacy notice. I give my explicit consent to the processing of the photos, sound and video recordings and story information I send for film production, and to the transfer of this data to cloud storage and AI-assisted voice-over and production software used for production, with servers abroad. I know the data will be deleted 30 days after delivery and that I can withdraw my consent at any time.
10. Parental consent statement
For a personalised story, the parent's consent is taken in writing before information and photos of the child are sent.
I am the parent or legal representative of the child named below. I consent to my child's name, age, interests and photos being processed only to produce the animated story made for them, to the photos being used only for cartoon character design, and to their deletion 30 days after delivery. I know the film will not be published or shown as a sample without my permission.
