Since every film is written from scratch, the exact amount varies with length and the number of characters and scenes. When you fill in the form, we send an itemised quote.

An invitation usually takes 3–7 days, a story or advert 5–10 days, corporate and safety films 2–3 weeks, and a family documentary 2–4 weeks. The time also depends on how quickly approvals come back; we state the exact date in the quote. If it must be ready for a special day, tell us at the start.

The number of revision rounds is written in every quote. We recommend making revisions at the stages where they are easiest and cheapest: the script and the draft screening.

Landscape 16:9 and vertical 9:16 MP4 (1080p), a subtitle file (SRT) and, depending on the service, a character poster, a short version or training questions.

Yes. The whole process runs online: brief, approvals and delivery. We can prepare the quote in euros if you wish.

We use AI tools for voice-over and in some production steps. Script, character design and editing decisions belong to our team. We do not imitate the voice or face of real people, and we do not make someone who has passed away speak.

We use your photos and recordings only for the film and delete them 30 days after delivery. We take information about a child only from a parent or guardian. Details are in the privacy notice.

We do not show personal films anywhere without your permission. For corporate films, we ask separately in the quote whether we may show it as a reference.

No. We use photos only to draw the character. The film shows a cartoon character who looks like your child.

We design the stories for ages 3–9. Language, length and pace are written to suit the child's age.

Yes. A separate character is drawn for each child; the price varies with the number of characters.

The voice-over is in Turkish. Subtitles are in Turkish; German, Dutch or English can be added if you wish.

Yes. You can request a free character sketch on the form. We take no payment before you have seen the sketch; if you do not continue, there is no charge and we delete the photo you sent.

Most stories are ready within 5–10 days; the time depends on the story's length and how quickly approvals come back. We state the exact date in the quote; if it must be ready for a special day, tell us at the start.

Usually, yes. We fix scratches and fading, and where needed place the photo inside an animated scene.

We send you a list of questions. All you need is a quiet room and your phone's voice recorder; we explain how to record it step by step.

If you have a real audio or video recording of him, we use it. We do not recreate voices with artificial intelligence.

Tell us the date at the start; we plan around it and write it into the quote. Collecting material takes time, so starting early makes things easier.

On TV, computer and phone. You can share the file in the family group or project it at a celebration.

No. We make the advert and deliver the right files for each platform. You or your agency manage the placement and ad budget.

We compose the music ourselves, so copyright is not an issue. We use AI tools for voice-over; we do not imitate a real person's voice.

Yes. We adapt the photos you send to our drawing style. You must hold the rights to use the photos.

Yes. Vertical, square and landscape versions and 15- and 30-second cut-downs are listed as separate items in the quote.

Yes. Just send your brand guidelines; we do not start animating until you approve the style frame.

Usage rights are set out in writing in the quote and contract.

Yes. Changing a scene in animation is easier than reshooting. Updates after delivery are priced separately.

Yes. We design permanent characters who represent your team; they stay the same throughout the series.
