An animated film made for a person or organisation: script, drawing, voice-over and editing. The film's subject, length, number of revision rounds and delivery files are written in the quote sent to you; the quote is an integral part of this form.
Price and payment
The amount shown on the payment page is the total price including all taxes. Payment is taken by credit or debit card through PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. Your card details are not passed to Pixel Senaryo.
Delivery
The film is delivered electronically within the time and in the format stated in the quote (e.g. an MP4 file, a download link). There is no shipping. The delivery time runs from the date the material expected from you (photos, information, approval) reaches us.
Right of withdrawal
The film is produced to your wishes and personal needs, and production starts with your explicit approval before the withdrawal period ends. Under article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for such contracts. If you cancel in writing before production starts, we refund the full payment.
